0:00 Swapping a full bin for an empty one, moving a bin, or booking a pickup. These all start from a bin that's already out.
0:10 The quickest way is from the job itself. Open the bin that's out, and press Book changeover.
0:18 It opens New Booking on the Changeover tab, with that bin already picked. The customer, the site and the contact copy across from the old hire, so there's nothing to type again.
0:31 You can also start on New Booking. Choose the Changeover tab, and pick the bin from the list of bins that are out right now.
0:40 The new bin can be a different size or waste type. Change them if the customer wants something different this time, and the price works itself out again.
0:55 Pick the changeover date, the time if there is one, and the driver. The driver drops the empty bin and takes the full one away in the same trip.
1:06 Some businesses can book the next changeovers ahead too. Add a changeover books another swap on a later date, and Repeat this changeover sets them up every week, every second week, or however often the customer needs.
1:23 Check the summary at the bottom, and press Create booking.
1:30 On the day, the driver marks the changeover done from their phone. Or, from the office, open the old job, and the main button becomes Mark changeover delivered. That finishes the old hire, and starts the new one.
1:45 Relocate is for moving a bin that's already out to a new spot. Pick the bin, then put in the new site address and the date. There's no new bin and no tip run.
1:58 And Pickup books the pickup of a bin that's out. Pick the bin, check what the driver will be told about payment, set the date, time and driver, and press Book pickup. No new job is created.
2:13 The list only ever shows bins that are out right now, so a swap or a pickup can't be booked on the wrong bin.
2:22 That's changeovers, relocates and pickups. Next, invoicing a job.
