0:00 Doing a stop, from start to finish. Where to go, who to ring, where the bin goes, the photos, and the button that finishes it.
0:11 Tap a stop to open it. At the top is the kind of stop, the bin size and the waste, the customer, and the address. Today's run, at the top left, takes you back.
0:24 Any payment instruction from the office shows in a dark band, like collect cash on this job. And a set time tells you when to be there.
0:35 Navigate opens Google Maps to the spot. Call and text go to the site contact for this job, or the customer if there isn't one.
0:45 The map shows where the bin goes. When you've dropped it, press Drop pin, tap the spot, and save it, so the next driver knows exactly where it is. Satellite shows the actual driveway.
1:00 Underneath are the office's notes for this job, what the customer wrote when they booked, and the site contact, with their own call button.
1:09 Proof is your before and after photos. Tap Add photos, and take one, or pick some from your phone. Nothing is ever replaced, so add as many as you need.
1:22 How they paid records the money. Cash, card, bank transfer, on account, or not paid. It saves straight away.
1:33 On a pickup or a changeover, you'll also put in the tip weight and the cubic metres off the docket, and press Save. You can do that later, once you've been to the tip.
1:45 If you need a signature, press Capture, have the customer sign with their finger, and save it.
1:53 Change pickup date books when the bin's coming back, if the customer tells you on the day.
2:00 If you can't do the stop, press Couldn't complete this stop. Pick the reason, like blocked access or the customer's not there, and press Tell the office. It comes off your run, and the office re-books it.
2:15 When you're done, press Mark delivered at the bottom, and confirm. If there's no photo, it warns you first, because the photo is the record of where the bin went.
2:27 You're taken back to your run, and the stop moves to Done today.
2:33 Some businesses can also undo a stop you finished by mistake, from the stop, on the same day.
2:41 That's a stop done. Next, your map, your history, and taking a booking.
