0:00 Adding a driver, and looking after everyone else on your team. A driver doesn't need an email address, and setting one up takes about two minutes.
0:11 From the menu on the left, open Settings, then choose the Team tab. Only admins can see it.
0:21 Everyone on your team is listed here, with their name, their email and their role. The status says whether they're active, or whether their invite is still waiting.
0:33 To add a driver, press Add driver.
0:37 Type their name. That's the only thing you have to fill in. Email is optional. Leave it blank if they haven't got one.
0:47 If the name they go by on your jobs is different, put that in Driver name. That's how their jobs find them.
0:55 Then press Create their code.
0:59 You now have three ways to get the app onto their phone. They can scan this QR code with their phone's camera. They can type the eight letter code on the join screen. Or you can text them the link from your own phone. Copy link puts it on your clipboard, if you'd rather send it another way.
1:18 The invite works once, and lasts seven days. Press Done, and they're on your list as invite pending until they've joined.
1:28 For someone who works in the office, press Invite user instead. Enter their name and email, choose their role, and press Create invite. We email them the link, and if that ever doesn't go through, you can copy it and send it yourself.
1:45 There are two roles. An admin can open everything. A driver gets the driver app. To change someone's role, press the role next to their name, pick the new one, and press Save.
1:59 To choose exactly which pages someone can open, use the menu at the end of their row, and pick Customise access. Switch pages on or off, and press Save. A page they can't open isn't on their menu at all. For an admin, the one choice is Also drives, which puts them on your driver list.
2:22 The same menu lets you resend an invite with a fresh code, cancel an invite, or remove someone. Removing someone signs them out straight away. You can always invite them again later.
2:36 And you can't remove the last admin or lock yourself out. The dashboard won't let you.
