0:00 Finding any job. The Jobs page holds every job you've got, split by where it's up to: waiting to go out, out on hire, and finished.
0:11 Open Jobs from the menu on the left. The line under the title counts what's waiting, what's out, and what's done.
0:21 Across the top are three tabs. To deliver, Out on hire, and History. Each one shows how many jobs are in it.
0:31 To deliver has every confirmed job that hasn't gone out yet, grouped by delivery day. Late days come first, in red, then today, tomorrow and the days after. Click a day's heading to fold it away.
0:46 Each row shows the kind of job, the customer, the address, the time, and the bin size, with a coloured dot for the waste.
0:56 If you've got drivers, the button on the right says Assign, or the driver's name. Press it to pick who's doing the job. It saves straight away.
1:07 To find a job, type in the search box. A customer, an address, a suburb, a phone number or a booking ref all work.
1:17 If the map couldn't find an address, a box at the top tells you how many need checking, so a driver isn't sent somewhere they can't find. Show only these lists just those jobs.
1:31 Out on hire has every bin on the ground right now. Overdue first, then due today, due soon, not due yet, and last, bins with no pickup booked.
1:46 Each one shows a photo from the drop, the customer, how long the bin's been out, and how long until its pickup, or how many days it's over.
1:56 No pickup booked is perfectly normal. It's a bin the customer will ring about when it's full.
2:04 History has every finished job, completed or cancelled, grouped by month. On the right is the invoice. Paid, draft, no invoice, or not paid for a cash or card job that finished without its money.
2:20 Click any row to open the full job. That's in the next video.
2:26 To get a spreadsheet of your jobs, press Export. Pick a range, like this month or the last twelve months, or set your own dates. Narrow it by waste type, status or customer if you want to, then press Download CSV. It opens in Excel, Sheets or Numbers.
2:47 And Add job, at the top right, starts a new booking.
2:52 That's finding your jobs. Next, everything on a job's own page.
