0:00 Your day at a glance. What's going out and coming back today, what needs you, and where every bin is.
0:08 Home is the first page you see when you sign in. At the top is today's date, your business, and a line telling you how many things need you. It keeps itself up to date while it's open, so you never need to refresh it.
0:24 Schedule opens the calendar, and Add job starts a new booking.
0:30 The four numbers are today's deliveries and how many are still to run, today's pickups and how many are left, how many bins are out right now and how many are overdue, and new enquiries.
0:45 Underneath is everything that needs a person, worst first. Red means a job can't run, amber is worth chasing. Click one to see the jobs inside it.
0:58 Needs a driver lists jobs with nobody on them. Pick a driver from the list on the row, and it saves straight away.
1:07 No pickup booked is a bin that's been out a long time with no pickup date. Call the customer, or press Remind me in seven days to hide it for a week. Overdue for pickup is a bin whose pickup date has passed.
1:23 Finished without payment is a cash or card job that finished with no money recorded. Address needs checking is an address the map couldn't find. And New booking to confirm is someone who booked online, waiting for you in the Inbox.
1:41 If a driver marks a stop as not done, it shows at the very top in red, with their reason. Reschedule it, put it back on today's run, or open the job.
1:53 When nothing needs you, this list simply isn't there.
1:58 Today's runs lists today's deliveries and pickups, with the driver on each. On a busy day, open Dispatch for the rest.
2:08 Bins on the ground is a small map of every bin that's out. Open map gives you the full one.
2:16 Next seven days shows how busy the week ahead is, deliveries and pickups, starting from today.
2:24 Money shows what's outstanding and what's been paid this month. And the fleet panel shows how much of your fleet is out, size by size.
2:34 That's your Home page. Next, adding a driver and managing your team.
