0:00 Seeing your work at a glance. The Schedule shows every day's deliveries, pickups and changeovers, and the Map shows where every bin is.
0:11 Open the Schedule from the menu on the left. You can also get here from the Schedule button on your Home page.
0:19 Each day on the calendar shows its counts. Green going up for deliveries, blue coming down for pickups, and the two way arrow for changeovers. Today's date is circled.
0:32 Click a day to see its run underneath. Deliveries, pickups and changeovers each get a column, and the coloured stripe beside each job shows which driver has it.
0:45 A changeover that swaps one size for another names both bins, and a small circular arrow means it's part of a repeating changeover.
0:55 Click any job to open it. To move a job to another day, change its date on the job page. You can't drag jobs around the calendar.
1:05 The arrows step a month at a time, and Today brings you back.
1:12 Week shows seven columns, one per day, with every job listed. Handy for planning the week ahead.
1:20 Some businesses also have Hires. A bar for every bin, from its delivery to its pickup, two weeks at a time. Blue is booked, green is on hire, and red is overdue.
1:35 When a driver's blocked out on a day, it says so above that day's run.
1:41 Now the Map. Open it from the menu, or Open map on your Home page.
1:48 Every bin on the ground, and every delivery that's booked, has a pin. Green is on hire, red is overdue, and pale blue is booked but not delivered yet.
2:00 Use the buttons at the top to show all of them, or just the bins on hire, the overdue ones, or the deliveries still to go out. Each one shows its count.
2:12 Colour by driver gives each driver's bins their own colour, and the driver list shows just one driver's bins.
2:21 Click a pin to see its details. The address, the customer, the bin size and waste, and the driver. Navigate opens it in Google Maps.
2:33 A pin sits on the exact spot where one's been set, or on the street address. A job with only a suburb sits in the middle of that suburb, so fix its address on the job if it looks wrong.
