0:00 Stopping double bookings. Availability checks warn your team, and can block your online booking page, when a day is full or you're out of a size.
0:11 Open Settings, and choose the Availability tab.
0:16 Use availability checks is the main switch. While it's off, nothing is checked at all.
0:23 Block unavailable dates on your online booking page decides what customers see. On, a customer who picks a full day is told it's unavailable, and offered the next day that works. Off, every booking still comes through, and a full day is flagged in your Inbox, so you decide.
0:43 Jobs a day is the most visits your team can do in a day. Deliveries, pickups and changeovers all count, and a changeover counts as two. Notice needed is how many days ahead a booking has to be made. Leave it blank to take same day bookings.
1:02 More limits adds three more. Deliveries a day, the most of one size in a day, and how far ahead people can book. A blank box means no limit. Press Save availability.
1:17 The line at the bottom says what's actually being checked right now. Being switched on isn't the same as checking something, so read it to be sure.
