0:00 Your bin sizes, the areas you cover, and what you charge. Everything here is live on your booking forms, your online booking page and your website as soon as it's saved.
0:12 Open Settings, and choose the Bins and Pricing tab.
0:17 Bin sizes is your list of sizes. It fills the booking form, your online booking page, and the size lists your team uses.
0:28 The switch at the front says whether a size is offered on new bookings. Turning it off stops new bookings, and leaves bins already out alone. It saves the moment you tap it.
0:41 The arrows change the order sizes appear in. Then the name customers and staff see, how many of that size you own, and the dimensions shown to customers on your booking page. Press Save on the row when you change one.
0:56 New bin size adds one. Give it a name that starts with a number, like 10 cubic metres or 2 cubic metre bag, and how many you own. To remove a size, press Edit. A size that's ever been booked can't be removed, so switch it off instead.
1:15 Service zones are the areas you cover. Each one can be switched on or off, and Edit suburbs lets you add or remove suburbs, and set a fuel surcharge for that zone. A suburb can only be in one zone.
1:31 Pricing is what you charge, per size, per zone, with a tab for each waste type. It's what your booking form quotes, and what fills in an invoice.
1:43 Type your prices into the boxes. Changed boxes get a small dot, and nothing saves until you press Save prices at the bottom. Undo changes throws away what you've typed. Add a waste type starts a new tab with no prices.
2:01 An empty box means there's no price yet, so that size can't be quoted in that zone. It never means free. And prices are matched on the number at the front of a size, so a 2 cubic metre bag and a 2 cubic metre bin share one price, unless you give one its own waste type.
2:22 Some businesses also have Extras pricing, for common surcharges like a mattress or tyres, each with a set price. On an invoice you tap one to add it.
2:35 And Council permits sets each council's permit fee, how many days it covers, and the daily rate after that. When a council is picked on a job, the fee fills itself in.
2:48 That's your bins and prices. Next, your trucks, tip sites and yard.
