0:00 Your own page. Your photo and details, what you can open, and how you sign in, including with your face or fingerprint.
0:10 Click your picture, or your initials, at the bottom of the menu on the left. On a phone, it's under More.
0:18 At the top is your photo, your name, your email, your role and your business. Press Add a photo to put a face to your name on the team list.
0:30 What you can open lists every page your login can see. Your admin sets that on the Team tab.
0:39 Under Your details, change your name, your phone, or a note for the team, and press Save changes. Your email is how you sign in, so it can't be changed here.
0:51 Signing in with your face or fingerprint is quicker than a password. Press Set up this device, and follow your phone or computer's prompt. Do it once on each device you use. Next time, press Face ID on the sign in screen.
