0:00 Your numbers for any period. Sales, driver times and tip volumes, with filters, and a download for your accountant.
0:10 Open Reports from the menu on the left. It opens on this month's sales.
0:17 Choose week, month, quarter or year, and use the arrows to step back and forward. Click the period's name to jump straight to another one, or choose Custom to set your own dates.
0:30 Sales summary has four numbers. Sales, jobs, the average job, and how many customers. Each one shows the change against the period before.
0:43 Underneath, your sales are broken down by bin size, by waste type, by customer and by suburb, biggest first. Sales are counted on the delivery date, and a job with no price counts as a job but adds nothing to the dollars.
1:00 Filters narrows everything down. One driver, one truck, a waste type, a bin size, a customer, a suburb, a kind of job, or paid and unpaid. Each filter shows as a chip you can remove, or press Clear all.
1:19 Driver times shows each driver's first and last stop, and their hours on the road, from the times they log on their phone.
1:29 Volume reports adds up the tonnes and cubic metres you've tipped, by waste type, daily, weekly or monthly. It uses the tip weight and volume entered on each pickup, and the notes underneath say how many pickups are missing them.
1:45 And Export downloads what's on screen, as an Excel spreadsheet, a PDF or a CSV, with the same period and filters.
